Brake Parts Manufacturer — Pads, Rotors, Shoes

A brake parts manufacturer supplying distributors, importers and repair chains worldwide — brake pads, brake rotors and brake shoes from dedicated production lines.

We produce aftermarket brake parts to OE specification — ceramic, semi-metallic and NAO friction, coated and slotted rotors. No catalog to browse: send us your part number list and we match every code.

  • AMECA Registered
  • IATF 16949 Certified
  • ECE R90 Type-Approved
  • Copper-Free / SB 346 Compliant

Brake Parts We Manufacture

Three product lines, all produced in our own plant — not sourced from third-party factories. Every line covers passenger, SUV and commercial vehicle applications, in OE-matched and private label specifications.

Brake pads

Brake Pads

Brake pads in ceramic, semi-metallic, NAO and low-metallic compounds — copper-free and asbestos-free to current US regulations. Every brake pad set ships with shims, chamfers and slots matched to your noise spec, on OE-profile backing plates carrying the correct edge code.

Brake disc

Brake Rotors

Brake discs in blank, drilled, slotted and drilled-and-slotted profiles, plus coated brake rotors for salt-belt markets. G3000 grey iron, thickness variation and runout checked on every batch, from passenger cars and SUVs through to heavy duty applications.

Brake shoes

Brake shoes

Brake shoes with bonded or riveted friction linings for passenger cars, SUVs and light commercial vehicles. Available in multiple friction compounds with OE-profile steel shoes, and supplied as shoe sets or complete kits with springs and fitting hardware.

Auto Parts Wholesale, Direct From the Plant

No trading company in the middle, no retail catalogue to browse. You work from the part numbers you already stock, and we quote against them.

Direct Supply for Auto Parts Importers

You send the part number list, we quote against it — no SKU catalogue to search through, no account to register. Most importers who come to us are replacing a trading company that adds 15–20% and has no control over the factory floor.

Wholesale Brake Pads and Rotors, by the Pallet or the Container

Mixed pallets for a first order, full containers once the range is settled. Pricing on bulk brake pads and brake rotors wholesale scales with volume and packaging, not with how hard you negotiate.

An Aftermarket Auto Parts Supplier That Owns the Line

Friction formula, packaging, edge codes and certification all happen in-house. When an auto parts distributor needs a spec change, it goes to our own R&D bench — not forwarded to a third-party plant we do not control.

Supply for Repair Shops, Parts Stores and Wholesale Auto Parts Distributors

A warehouse distributor, a parts store and a repair shop rarely buy the same pad for the same reason. Each programme below is built around what that buyer is measured on.

01

Missing Hardware

Hardware left out or reused is the most commonly overlooked cause of squeal after a pad change. Clips corrode to paper thickness and the pad rattles in the bracket.

What we do

We pack shims, clips and grease with every set and verify the contents before the carton is sealed. The hardware kit is part of the part, not an accessory sale — one box completes the job.

02

Dimensional Drift

A pad even slightly over or under the bracket dimension shifts under braking and vibrates. Someone ends up filing the ears on the bench to make it seat.

What we do

We stamp backing plates to the OE outline and gauge-check them before packing. The pad seats in the bracket as it comes out of the box — no filing, no rattle, no second trip under the car.

03

Black steel backing plates

Low-cost pads are commonly built on plain black steel, where OE specification calls for pickled-and-oiled galvanised steel that resists scale and rust.

What we do

We use pickled-and-oiled galvanised backing plate steel on every reference. It does not rust on your shelf, and it does not rust-jack behind the friction material once the car is in service.

04

Delamination

Friction material separating from the backing plate is a documented failure mode on cheap pads — and it fails in service, not on the shelf.

What we do

We use mechanical retention on the friction-to-plate bond and shear-test every production batch. The material stays where it was pressed, and the batch record is on file if you ever need to check it.

05

Universal compounds

One compound is used across the range to hold cost down, but a passenger car and a loaded pickup need different friction. A universal pad is the wrong answer for both.

What we do

We formulate separately for passenger car and for truck and SUV loading, and we do not ship a universal compound. The compound on the box is the one designed for that application, not the one that was cheapest to run.

01

Returns from wrong fitment

Incorrect fitment data is one of the largest single causes of parts returns, and a return comes straight out of margin you had already booked.

What we do

We supply fitment data in the format your counter system imports, and print the application range on the carton face. The fit is confirmed twice — once in the system, once on the box — before the part leaves the building.

02

The counter is guessing

When the POS cannot import fitment data, your staff are checking an outside catalogue in a browser tab while the customer stands at the counter waiting.

What we do

We deliver a lookup file, not a PDF catalogue. FMSI, WVA, OE and competitor codes come as a structured file your system reads, so the answer appears inside the POS instead of in a browser tab.

03

Squeezed from both sides

Too small to win the franchise account on price, and competing with national commercial programmes for the same independent shop below you.

What we do

We can apply your custom labels to the packaging boxes, with a minimum order quantity of 100 units per type. A house brand keeps the margin a third-party brand takes, and neither the chain above you nor the programme below you can quote a price against a part number only you carry.

04

E-commerce moving in

Online sellers took the DIY business and are now working their way into the trade business your counter depends on.

What we do

We equip the counter with the two things a website cannot deliver: verified fitment for the vehicle standing outside, and the hardware already in the box. Your advantage is being right and being now — we supply both.

05

Cash sitting on the rack

A slow reference occupies a slot for a year. Every slot that does not turn is cash that cannot be used on one that does.

What we do

We ship a condensed range of the highest-frequency applications and replenish in small, frequent lots. Fifty pieces on the slow references and five hundred on the fast ones, in the same shipment — you are not funding a catalogue you cannot turn.

01

Dead stock

Around a tenth of a distributor's inventory turns obsolete every year — capital that was meant to be working sits on a rack until it is written down.

What we do

We quote against the applications you already move, not against our standard list. Send us the references that turn in your territory and we price those first. Before every reorder we review the slow movers with you and take them out, rather than reordering them by default.

02

Range inflation

Application counts keep expanding, so holding the same share of the vehicle parc costs more shelf space and more cash every single year.

What we do

We keep coverage deliberately condensed and will not push catalogue breadth at you. We build the range from the applications that carry the volume in your parc, because breadth is exactly what becomes the write-down at year end.

03

No margin to absorb a mistake

Gross margin sits in the twenties and net lands in low single digits. One line that does not perform wipes out the return on several that do.

What we do

We price the line so that two mark-ups still land under the branded equivalent at the counter. Your margin and your jobber's are both built into the quotation before it reaches you, instead of being squeezed out of it afterwards.

04

Being bypassed

Manufacturers increasingly deal with the franchise chains directly, leaving the independent distributor squeezed from above and from below at the same time.

What we do

Where you hold a territory, we supply through you. The cross reference files, counter fitment data and cartons we produce for your jobbers are delivered under your account, not around it. We build your sell-through instead of competing with it.

05

Next-day is now the standard

Your customers expect next-day or same-day delivery, which means local stock has to be there — a container still in transit does not help.

What we do

We confirm the production slot when the PO is placed and send you a written status every week until the container is loaded. Agreed safety stock is held on your runners, so replenishment is planned against your turn rate rather than against our schedule.

Brake Part Number Lookup and Quotation Process

Six stages from the first part list to the reorder, each with a stated duration, so a programme can be planned against rather than chased.

STEP 1

Enquiry and Requirement Definition

Day 2

Send the part numbers you already stock — FMSI, OE or a competitor’s reference — as an Excel file or a PDF. Tell us the market, the annual volume you expect, and whether the cartons carry your brand or ours.

We acknowledge the same working day and assign one technical contact who stays with the programme from here through to reorder.

STEP 2

Cross-Reference and Quotation

Within 24 hours

We match every line against our tooling and return the list priced, with each reference marked as existing tooling, modifiable tooling, or new tooling required. Under 20 part numbers comes back within 24 hours; a larger list, or one built from VINs, within 48.

You get a line-by-line quotation with a lead time against each reference — not one blended price and a vague delivery window.

STEP 3

Sampling and Validation

Working 7-14 days to ship

Samples come from current production with the friction test data for that batch attached, so what you test is what you will receive.

For any reference that needs new tooling, we produce and send a sample before the mould is committed. You approve the part before we spend on the tool — and before you commit to the programme.

STEP 4

Order Confirmation and Production

2 days

The production slot is confirmed when the PO is placed, and we send a written status every week until the container is loaded.

A retained sample and the batch record are filed against your order number, so any question raised months later is answered against the actual material rather than from memory.

STEP 5

Packing, Loading and Documentation

Documents 3 days before sailing

Cartons are drop-tested to survive the voyage, and every shipment goes out with a container loading plan, so stacking is specified rather than left to whoever is loading that day.

The full document set — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and test reports — is with you before the vessel sails, not after it arrives.

STEP 6

Replenishment and Claim Handling

Claims answered in 1 working days

Replenishment is planned against your turn rate rather than our production schedule, and before each reorder we review the slow movers with you and take them out.

Any claim is answered against the retained sample from that batch. With a physical reference held on our side and the batch data on file, there is nothing to argue about.

Full terms — MOQ, payment, Incoterms and lead times by product line — are set out on how to order.
