With more than 12 years of experience in the brake parts industry, he has been deeply involved in the production and development of brake pads and brake rotors. His experience covers friction material selection, product structure, manufacturing processes, production troubleshooting and quality improvement. Over the years, he has worked closely with production and technical teams to improve product consistency, solve manufacturing issues and adapt brake products to different aftermarket requirements. This hands-on experience gives him a strong understanding of both product development and large-scale production, from initial technical evaluation through to stable mass production.
